Industrial Micro Systems - 64K Dynamic RAM
This was one of the last new designs of 64K DRAM boards for the S-100 Bus.  It used  only a single row or high density dynamic RAM chips.

The board was finished in 1983 towards the end of the era.  Unfortunately I cannot locate a manual for this board.  If you have one or a .pdf file I will be pleased to place it here for others.  Note IMS did also make another 64K Dynamic RAM board (Model 464) using 16K Dynamic RAM chips.
